How do I establish an account with your company?

You can phone our office and request a credit application and information packet. Upon credit approval, we can establish the account best designed to fit your needs, usually within one business day.
Do you offer service contracts?

Yes. We offer service contract coverage on most heating equipment and oil fired water heaters. These contracts include most 24 hour emergency service calls, one annual furnace cleaning and most parts and labor. Please see actual contract policy for specific details and exclusions.

What are your fuel delivery options?

Automated Fuel Delivery:

Siggins Oil Company offers automatic fuel delivery to your home and business.  Our delivery system monitors temperatures and calculates when your property will require the next fuel delivery.  We manage your fuel deliveries year round so you do not have to.

Will Call Fuel Delivery:

Will call delivery  options are available to customers who wish to manage their own fuel oil deliveries.  For your protection, we do request three business days notice prior to requiring a fuel delivery. There is a 150 gallon minimum.
Do you provide payment plans?

Siggins Oil Company offers a variety of payment options for the convenience of our customers.  All plans are offered to our customers pending credit approval.

Standard payment terms include payment of fuel and service within thirty days of the invoicing (unless otherwise stated on the bill).

Customers opting to pay their fuel invoices within ten days of the invoice date may take advantage of a “two cent per gallon discount”.

Budget payment plans are available for the convenience of our customers.  These plans are free and allow our automatic delivery customers to spread their fuel payments out over a ten or twelve month period of time.  Plans begin in June and September of each year.

Prepayment plans are offered most years.  These plans allow you to prepay your fuel oil at a fixed retail price per gallon prior to the start of the heating season.  The prepay plan is usually offered during the summer or early fall months.   Please contact our office during the summer months for further details.

What do I check if I find my house does not have heat?

1. Check to make sure your circuit breakers and fuses are in working order.

2. If you have an emergency switch at the top of your steps, check to make sure it is in the "ON" position.

3. If you are able, press the reset button on top of the burner motor one time only.

4. Phone Siggins Oil Company at (610) 929-5970 and a technician will be dispatched to your property.
